Echo Finance are looking for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to oversee a growing team of Mortgage, Equity Release & Protection advisers while also being accountable for further recruitment and development of advisors.

Location
- Nationwide - You can live & work from anywhere in the UK, however proximity to head office in Mirfield, West Yorkshire is desired.

- We are a directly authorised, nationwide, whole of market equity release, mortgage & protection firm based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire and have been trading since 2012
What you must have:
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Current mortgage advising experience
- At least 5 years whole of market mortgage placement experience
- Ability to work remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating mortgage advisers
- Demonstrated success in mortgage sales & lead conversion
- Strong protection sales skills with a consultative approach

General responsibilities:
- Oversee the activity, productivity, and performance of advisers
- Recruitment of new team members
- Lead monthly business reviews, team meetings, and 1-2-1 coaching sessions to track progress and drive engagement
- Identify training needs and deliver structured coaching to improve sales performance
- Manage and develop advisers individually to meet their minimum business expectations
- Act as a technical and sales escalation point, helping advisors navigate complex mortgage cases.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes, improve performance metrics, and drive operational efficiency.
- Working closely with other senior managers to ensure that new trainees are supported and their progress is recorded
- Working closely with other senior managers on all areas of Protection to ensure maximum conversion
